The Insurance Board of Sri Lanka requires all insurance companies and insurance brokering companies to maintain a register of insurance agents (other than for individuals) in terms of section 78 (1) of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act No. 43 of 2000 according to the format attached hereto.
