Submission of Audited Financial Statements of Insurance Brokering Companies
As per the Section 86(2) of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act No: 43 of 2000, every insurance broker is required to submit the Audited Financial Statements to the Commission within six months of the expiry of the financial year.
