Section 47(1) & 56 and 48 (1) of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act, No. 43 of 2000 (Amendment) Act, No. 3 of 2011) – Annual Returns and Actuarial Abstracts of Insurance Companies.
An insurance company shall, for every financial year furnish to the Commission, its Annual Returns and Actuarial Abstracts in accordance with the revised formats as specified in Determination 14 & 15.
